The Process
Phase 1: Preparation
Once your tape is received, you will be notified via email. This first phase includes the preparation of your items. We prepare your tape to make sure they will be transferred in the correct order and or combined as you have requested.
Phase 2: Transfer
We transfer your tape to a computer via our digital conversion method. We use MPEG capture cards with video enhancing and time-base correcting controls. This is the best mode of capture available in the industry.
Phase 3: Authoring
If you have chosen DVD transfer, the next phase is to author the captured video files to a DVD. Each DVD will be authored as an auto-play DVD with chapter marks every 5 minutes.
Phase 4: Burning and Error Checking
Once the DVD files have been created via the authoring phase, we then burn the files to DVD. Each final DVD is then checked for errors and tested to work on multiple DVD players.
Phase 5: Labeling and Packaging
This is the final step of production. Each DVD will be labeled based on the level of service and packaged accordingly. Your DVD is checked for accuracy.
